PLOTS: (25% of the fee is For Perpetual Care)

Single grave: 40" X 10' (double depth available)
Single grave (double depth not permitted)

  • The Cemetery will provide two people to assist in moving the casket.
  • Up to seven (7) floral pieces will be accepted at the interment site.
  • Interments on Saturday will be charged $700 in addition to normal charges listed above. An overtime charge of $300 per hour follows after 12pm, latest Burial 2pm. 
  • There are double charges on Sundays and the following holidays:
    New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Election Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
MONUMENTS: 
  • ​Single grave headstone limited to 2' wide X 1' deep and up to 2' 6" high including the base.
  • Cremains grave monument must be flush with ground.
  • Scale drawing of design must be approved by Management.
  • No mausoleum, sarcophagus or any above-ground entombment shall be constructed.
  • An Inscription application fee of $100 is required to inscribe on an existing stone.

Minimum charge: (2' X 1')
(No foundations poured from Thanksgiving until the end of winter.)

(The house on the premises is the old North Hempstead Turnpike East Gate Toll House which is a National Historical Landmark. It is NOT the Cemetery office.)

LOCATION:

The ​​Roslyn Cemetery is located on the North side of Northern Blvd, one-half mile West of Glen Cove Road. 
It is open to all without regard to race, color or creed. Visitors are welcome.
